The coursework brief required designing a geolocated mobile narrative within a 25km radius. My response was XenoArt, an application overlaying fictional narratives onto the physical world using AR. The purpose was to promote art exploration through storytelling and gamification while stimulating the local economy. By integrating real-world rewards like coupons, the app incentivises users to discover hidden urban beauty and engage with surrounding businesses, transforming a standard walking tour into a mutually beneficial ecosystem for explorers and local vendors.
